Enbio S Autoclave Annual Inspection & Preventive Maintenance Service

Keep your Enbio S Autoclave operating safely, reliably, and in compliance with Enbio’s required maintenance schedule. This annual inspection and preventive maintenance service is performed by an authorized Enbio service technician and includes all Enbio-required maintenance needed to help protect your sterilizer and maintain your factory warranty.

Your Enbio S must receive preventive maintenance within the first 12 months of ownership, and then every 12 months of operation thereafter to maintain the factory warranty. Service may be required sooner if your sterilizer reaches 1,500 cycles before the 12-month mark.

Important: Enbio sterilizers are designed to require scheduled maintenance. If the required maintenance is not completed, your Enbio may stop operating until service is performed.

• Complete visual inspection of all internal hardware
• All Enbio-required preventive maintenance
• New tray
• New door gasket
• Vacuum pump rebuild
• Operational and performance inspection
• Spore test
• Service performed by an authorized Enbio service technician

How to Check Your Cycle Count

You can check the cycle count of your Enbio S by pressing the info button on your sterilizer. If your unit reaches 1,500 cycles before 12 months of ownership or operation, preventive maintenance may be required before your annual service date.
