Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary based on order size, product availability, and order volume.

Most orders ship via UPS, although USPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier may be used when appropriate. Large or bulk orders may ship via freight.

Have your own shipping account? We can accommodate prepaid shipping labels from most major carriers. Palletized orders may also be scheduled for carrier or customer pickup.

All pickups must be arranged and confirmed with Earthrise prior to arrival.

Please note that processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the selected shipping service and destination.
