14kt Yellow Gold Threadless Petite Spike Strip with 1.3mm Clear CZ Gems on Curved Design Top is made of solid 14kt nickel-free Gold with durable 316LVM ASTM F-138 Implant Grade Steel Pin designed to be practical and easy to use. Fits all sizes of pins and bases in our threadless body jewelry line. Pin Size: 0.45mm x 4.7mm.

Our 14k gold petite spike strip has 1.3mm clear cubic zirconia gems, making it a favorite for helix and cartilage piercings, though it is a versatile piece that can be worn in many piercings.  Compatible with any threadless Invictus bar or base in any gauge. To secure inside bar or base, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin halfway and pushing the top to one side.
